70 Years of Friendship

THE AMERICANS OF ARABIA FRIENDSHIP PROGRAM I have known the people of Saudi Arabia my entire life. If the US Govt. will not stand up and show respect to the only real friends we have in the Arab world, then I will. I have placed the above advertisement, at a cost of $ 900.00 each in over ten newspapers so far and answered at least 3,000+ e-mails. The way I answer is that I write these people, I attach links to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Embassy, the Saudi American Chamber of Commerce and I try to send them a free copy of the book "Forever Friends". (Published in KSA in both English and Arabic) Also have provided a free copy of the Qur'an in English and or a copy of the translations book of the Qur'an to Universities, Colleges, High Schools and to Individuals that ask. There is no obligation from them, just I ask for their honest desire to learn about Islam. As of this date, over 2,300 copies have been sent out.
I have also spoken to over 8,000 students, schools and clubs such as the Rotary Club, the Lion's Club and many university groups in person talking about Islam and US and Saudi Friendship. I have done this entirely from my own pocket as a people to people program. I have people in all fifty states of the United States that would put the same, or slightly different ad in as many local papers as they could. Then they would also include their name and e-mail and go out and talk to average American people. However we do not have the funds to do this. Both the US government and the Saudi Government have no idea how many people we do reach.
Since most of us grew up in Saudi Arabia and love our second home, we put our hearts into reaching American's who only see and hear the negative media.
It is my plan to continue speaking out and adding to the web site of the history and the life we shared.
The entire web site is based on one issue. The Friendship of two peoples who first shook hands almost 60 years ago, and I still will shake any Saudi hand in Friendship no matter what the controlled media says.
I have been on PBS, CNN, ABC, A&E, and BBC in interviews and I support with my whole being the relationship and respect. So does the group of Americans I have as a group. There are at least 7,000 active Americans involved. I am not the important one, the people understanding of each other on both sides of the world are the important ones. All I can do is reach them anyway I can.
As far as assistance, yes, we do accept donations. We have to as we do not have the funds as individuals to reach the 400,000 people we have access to as our organization, which is incorporated in Texas has had no donations although we do what we can.
